Magic date

When, exactly, is the magic date at which players can procactice for real, and coaches can be present? I know it is is around 10/15, but I lso know that it changes every year.

Under current NCAA rules, full practice/preseason/not quite midnight madness can start at 7p on the Friday closest to October 15.
