Jim mentioned somewhere that there was a recruiting board and that North Carolina kids had a state flag beside their name to show the importance of in state recruiting to the football program. Local kids also grew up in watching the ACC as well. I have always thought local kids understand the Duke-UNC rivalry better than those say in Colorado or New York.
