I spoke too soon, before I opened the magazine. Pitt almost made the jinx work tonight and there's still time.

On Game Day right after the Duke loss Hubert was emphatically picking Nova over Pitt. A reasonable pick in my mind given : (1) Nova's truly great play of late (can you say "peaking at the right time?"); and (2) Pitt's rather uninspired play so far in this tournament; (3) Nova won by ten during the regular season; (4) The fact that Pitt's on the cover of SI....
