How do you lose a post?

I noticed yesterday I had two more than I have today. How does that happen? I checked and the recent ones are still there. Is it some kind of new math?

I think, and someone can jump in and correct me if I'm wrong, that if you posted in a thread that was pulled, your post count drops by the number of posts you had in that thread.

Plus, if any of your individual posts were pulled, well, there you go.

Ima, I think if you have to ask, you don't want to know!

(Have you been posting against the guidelines here again? :P)

I've been doing some clean up of old OTB threads that don't need to be kept for posterity's sake. When those threads are deleted, the posts in them are also deleted, and the numbers come off your post counts.
