Duke University Fight Song

Help! My 3 and a half year old nephew has mastered "Bear Down, Chicago Bears", and I want to teach him the Duke fight song. I've looked on YouTube and other sites and can find the words or the music but not an example of the song being SUNG by someone.

Can anyone help?

If you have the lyrics and the instrumental version, why don't you sing it for him? Surely you can do it!

OK J-Man, that's my challenge to you! And I know you love a challenge. Sing the Duke fight song for all of us. I think it would be a true classic. I mean, EVERYONE would be talking, or laughing ( and either would be great) about it for years! Whadda ya think J-Man ????? C'Mon.. It's a great idea. Do it for DevilDeb! And all of us...

The PS2 version of College Hoops 2K7 has the wrong fight song for Duke, at least its not one I recognize anyway.

Alternatively, listen to the Little Richard original or the Mitch Ryder & the Detroit Wheels version that popularized the song and probably gets the most play.

The words tend to passed down by the oral tradition so whatever you see on an official web site is immaterialy different from what people sing today.

Notice the rhyme with "blue" and "you" that I believe is correct in FF but not B&W.

At you nephew's age, I recommend the lazy, popular version of B&W that would be easier (and more fun) to remember than the outdated 1920's lyrics:

Blue and White and White and Blue
And Blue and White and White and Blue.
And Blue and White and White and Blue
And Blue and White and Blue (TWHC)... You get the idea.

Thanks to all for trying to help my nephew James learn the Duke Fight Song. Unfortunately, I blush to admit that I have been attending basketball games for 21 years and can only do the "Rip 'em up, Tear 'em up, give 'em hell, Duke" part... so I was sort of looking for an example that he and I could learn together.
Madscavenger, I didn't teach him the Bears' song... there is a film on YouTube of one of the Lyric Opera singers doing the song, and he listened over and over and over until he learned it. That's why I thought finding the Duke song on the web would give him something to work on!

Bostondevil, I would love to call you and have you sing it, but if it isn't linked on the Internet, he won't be able to repeatedly watch it.

And Imagepro--GO FOR IT! We are waiting...
