... that Coach Wooden was 97 years old! That is truly remarkable. Men of his cohort have a life expectancy of about 70!
With unlimited respect and affection for Coach K, Coach Wooden remains the greatest collegiate men's basketball coach in history. I hope he quickly regains his health. He is a living icon and his character, decency, and documented performance make him an individual for all to emulate.
